FMG2G400LS60 IGBT Description
The FMG2G400LS60 IGBT Power Module provides low conduction as well as short circuit ruggedness. The FMG2G400LS60 IGBT has a low swicthing loss and extremely short switching time. Besides, its switching performance is guaranteed by a low Gate charge. It incorporates fast & short anti-parallel FWD and is UL certified.
