A reverse leakage current of 1 μA @ 6.2 V is required to supply this electrical device.Zener (Nom)'s maximum voltage is reduced to zero during operation.The design is highly flexible due to the zener current of 29 mA.1.1 V @ 200 mA is reached when the maximum voltage - Forward (Vf) is supplied for its operation.
