BS520E0F Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by Side View packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 10V for the photodiodes. A photodiode is equipped with 2 pins. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes could supply 10V voltage. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 3pA electrical current.
