AD630SD Overview
Based on the frequency of 0Hz~2MHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 20-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tube package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Through Hole-type PCB or development board.20 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.A 20-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 125°C during operation.There must be at least -55°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 5mA in order to deliver its performance.
