AD630JNZ Overview
RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 0Hz~2MHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.The package of this RF modulator is Tube.On any Through Hole-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.RF module has 20 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.20-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It must be below 70°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of 0°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 5mA.
