AD630KNZ Overview
A frequency of 0Hz~2MHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.There is a Tube package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Through Hole-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 20 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.20-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -25°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 5mA in order to deliver its performance.
