VTB1113BH Overview


The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk for protection. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Radial, Lensed Metal Can, TO-46-2 packages in order to protect them from damage. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 40V voltage. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 20pA.
