VBPW34FAS Overview
A Digi-Reel® package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 60V permanently. A photodiode is equipped with 2 pins. A circuit made up of photodiodes could release heat 215mW. It is recommended that the reverse anode voltage on the photodiodes be 60V. It is generally recommended that the maximum heat released by photodiodes should be 215mW in a circuit. If the reverse voltage is set to 60V, the photodiodes can work effectively. When current flows across a photodiode, it needs voltage 1V. Make sure photodiodes work with 60V breakdown voltage. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 2nA current.
