TFPTL15L1501FL2B Overview
Into Radial packages, PTC thermistors are put to prevent damage. In order to ensure the safety of these PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Bulk. Setting the minimum operating temperature of PTC thermistors to -55°C is recommended. If this thermistor is to work correctly, it must operate at 70°C. It has 2 pins. While operating, the PTC thermistors could output 40V voltage. Ideally, the thermistor should be able to handle and conduct this power loss without overheating. For reliable performance, this thermistor should supply 0 volts.
