TMP6431DYAR Overview
It is important to protect PTC thermistors from damage by placing them in SOT-5X3-2 packages. In order to protect themselves from damage, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape. The PTC thermistors are designed for a 100 uA current.
