TFPT0603L1000JV Overview
Into 0603 (1608 Metric) packages, PTC thermistors are put to prevent damage. In order to ensure the safety of these PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). PTC thermistor terminations are 2. It has 2 pins. While operating, the PTC thermistors could output 30V voltage.
