TFPT1206L5601FY Overview
It is important to protect PTC thermistors from damage by placing them in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages. In order to protect themselves from damage, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). 2 is the termination of the PTC thermistor. These thermistors have 2 pins. PTC thermistors could operate at 50V voltages. This power loss should be transferred and conducted by the thermistor to the circuit without overheating. Typically, this thermistor can deliver 50V voltage. These thermistors were rated for 50V voltage in the DC circuit.
