TFPT1206L1001KM Overview
To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages. Having a Tape & Reel (TR) package ensures safety while using these PTC thermistors. For PTC thermistors, -55°C is the minimum operating temperature. A thermistor's operating temperature must not exceed 150°C for it to function. On this thermistor, there are 2 pins. As they operate, the PTC thermistors supply a voltage of 50V. There should be no overheating of the thermistor at this temperature, which makes it the best thermistor to transfer this power loss without overheating. As thermistors, these are rated for 50V voltage in DC circuits.
