TFPT0805L3300FV Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged in 0805 (2125 Metric) packages to ensure their protection. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for the purpose of protecting them from damage. It is recommended that the minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors be set to -55°C. In order for this thermistor to operate properly, the operating temperature cannot exceed 125°C. This thermistor has 2 pins. When the PTC thermistors are in operation, they can supply voltage of 40V. Ideally, the thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss would be 100mW. When PTC thermistors produce heat, 100mW should be the result. This thermistor should operate at a voltage of 40V for reliable performance.
