TFPT0805L1800JM Overview
It is recommended that the PTC thermistors be packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages to prevent damage to them. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to ensure safety. Set the PTC thermistors to -55°C for a minimum operating temperature. Ensure that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 150°C for it to work properly. A thermistor with 2 pins is available. In order to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating, the thermistor should have a maximum carrying capacity of 0.
