TFPT0805L1001FY Overview
To prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, they are packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) as a safety measure. Its terminations are 2. If the thermistor is unable to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating, then it should have a maximum capability of 100mW. When this thermistor is functioning, it can provide 40V. A PTC thermistor is rated as 0.1W in terms of heat production.
