TFPT0805L1001FV Overview
To prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, they are packaged in 0805 (2125 Metric) packages. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) as a safety measure. Its terminations are 2. A thermistor has 2 pins. A PTC thermistor could provide 40V voltage when operating. If the thermistor is unable to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating, then it should have a maximum capability of 100mW. When this thermistor is functioning, it can provide 40V. When PTC thermistors produce heat, they should be at 100mW. The maximum voltage that this thermistor should supply is 40V.
