The PTC thermistors are put into 0603 (1608 Metric) packages to protect the devices from damage. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. The PTC thermistor has 2 terminations. There are 2 pins in this thermistor. The PTC thermistors could supply 30V voltage when it operates. The thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating should be 75mW. The heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 75mW.
