A 0603 (1608 Metric) package is used to protect the PTC thermistors from damage. In order to provide safety protection, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). In order to operate the PTC thermistors correctly, the minimum operating temperature should be set to -55°C. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature of this thermistor below 150°C to ensure proper operation. In order for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating, the maximum temperature should be 75mW.
