TFPT0603L4700FV Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages to prevent damage. To ensure safety, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). PTC thermistors have 2 terminations. This thermistor has 2 pins. As a result, when the PTC thermistors are operating, they could supply a voltage of 30V. It is recommended that the thermistor's maximum power loss-transfer capability be set to 75mW in order to prevent overheating. A PTC thermistor should produce 75mW heat. A reliable performance requires the maximum voltage supplied by the thermistor to be 30V.
