TFPT0603L3900FV Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into 0603 (1608 Metric) packages to protect the devices from damage. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. The minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors should be set to -55°C. To make sure this thermistor works, the operating temperature must not exceed 150°C. There are 2 pins in this thermistor. The heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 75mW. The maximum voltage supplied by this thermistor should be 30V for reliable performance.
