TFPT0603L1200FV Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into 0603 (1608 Metric) packages to protect the devices from damage. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. The PTC thermistor has 2 terminations. There are 2 pins in this thermistor. The thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating should be 75mW. Nominally, this thermistor can supply 30V voltage when it works. The heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 75mW. The maximum voltage supplied by this thermistor should be 30V for reliable performance.
