TEFD4300 Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 10V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 10V should be maintained for the photodiodes. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 215mW heat. Photodiode operation should take place at temperatures below 100°C. There should, however, be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for the photodiodes. Photodiodes should have a reverse anode voltage of 60V. Generally, the maximum amount of heat released by photodiodes is 215mW. Photodiodes can work properly at 60V reverse voltage in the DC circuit. To flow current across a photodiode, a voltage of 1V is required. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 150pA current.
