STL30P3LLH6 Description
STL30P3LLH6 is a 30v P-channel Power MOSFET developed using the STripFET F6 technology, with a new trench gate structure. The resulting Power MOSFET STL30P3LLH6 exhibits very low RDS(on) in all packages. The STMicroelectronics STL30P3LLH6 can be applied in switching applications due to the following features. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 175℃. And the Transistor STL30P3LLH6 is in the PowerFLAT-5x6-8 package with 4.8W power dissipation.
