STF140N6F7 is a 60V N-channel Power MOSFET manufactured by STMicroelectronics. STF140N6F7 has a 175°C TJ working temperature and is offered in a TO-220-3 Full Pack. This N-channel Power MOSFET features STripFETTM F7 technology, which features an improved trench gate structure that reduces internal capacitance and gate charge for faster and more efficient switching.
