For protection, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages. Packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR), these PTC thermistors are safe to handle. PTC thermometers have 2 terminations. It has a total of 2 pins. When it is operational, the thermistor should be able to supply 32V voltage. PTC thermistors have been designed to operate at 100μA volts. A DC circuit cannot operate with a voltage above 32V. This DC circuit has thermistors having a voltage rating of 32V.
