PRF21BD471QB5RA Overview
A 0805 (2012 Metric) package is used to protect the PTC thermistors from damage. In order to provide safety protection, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). A PTC thermistor has a termination of 2. This thermistor has a total of 2 pins. When it works, this thermistor can supply 32V voltage. For the current designed for PTC thermistors, 100μA has been selected. It is recommended that the voltage supplied by this thermistor in the DC circuit should not exceed 32V.
