PD42-21C/TR8 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 32V. A photodiode has a pin number of 2. With the reverse voltage of 32V, the photodiodes in the DC circuit can work properly. The current in a photodiode is 10nA even when there is no light input.
