OP905 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into T packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 60V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 60V. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes might release 100mW heat. In order for photodiodes to function, the temperature must not exceed 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature of the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. A photodiode should be able to conduct current at 1.2V voltage. Reverse-bias photodiodes can provide 60V voltages. Without light, a photodiode has 1nA current.
