MA46603-120 Overview
Voltages in analog input domains should not have a breakdown voltage of 30 V.The capacitance ratio of a capacitor is 2.8, and this reflects its ability to store electric charges.There is 10% tolerance on the diode cap of this device.The device is capable of delivering a diode capacitance of 0.6 pF.A deviation from -65°C ~ 175°C in operating temperatures is not acceptable.As well as saving space, the 2-SMD, No Lead package can be used.Considering its maximum power dissipation, it allows power loss to be conducted without overheating.The reverse voltage peak must be within 30 V in order for a conversion to be accurate.
