Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in 71-BCPGA packages. Ideally, the image sensors should provide a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. These image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk so they don't get damaged. It is recommended that the image sensor has a dynamic range of 64 dB.
