KAI-29050-FXA-JD-B2 Overview


For safety reasons, image sensors are placed in 71-BCPGA packages. An image sensor should supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. We'll package these image sensors in the Bulk for protection. In order for the image sensor to work properly, its dynamic range should be 64 dB. 71 pins make up the image sensor.
