KAI-16070-CXA-JD-B2 Overview
Safety protection is provided by putting the image sensors in 71-BCPGA packages. 14.5V~15.5V is the voltage that should be supplied by the image sensors. In order to protect the image sensors, we'll pack them in the Bulk. Pins 71 are connected to the image sensor. During operation, images sensors should supply a voltage of 15.5V.
