KAI-16070-AXA-JD-B1 Overview
Safety precautions are taken by placing the image sensors in 71-BCPGA packages. An image sensor should provide a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. The image sensors will be packaged inside the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. It is recommended that the image sensor have a dynamic range of 0. Image sensors have 71 pins. In order for image sensors to operate properly, the voltage supplied should be 15.5V.
