KAI-16050-AXA-JD-B2 Overview
For safety reasons, image sensors are packaged in 71-BCPGA packages. In order to operate properly, the image sensors should supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. An image sensor with a dynamic range of 64 dB should be used. 71 pins are available on the image sensor. While operating, image sensors should provide a voltage of 15.5V.
