KAI-16000-CXA-JD-B2 Overview
In order to protect the image sensors, they are put into 40-BCPGA packages. A voltage of 14.5V~15.5V should be supplied by the image sensors. These image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk for protection. There are 40 pins on the image sensor. During operation, the voltage supplied by image sensors should be 15.5V.
