KAI-16000-CXA-JD-B1 Overview
For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 40-BCPGA packages. A voltage of 14.5V~15.5V should be supplied by the image sensors. These image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk to keep them safe. There are 40 pins on the image sensor. While operating, image sensors should supply 15.5V voltage.
