KAI-16000-AXA-JR-B2 Overview
Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in 40-BCPGA packages. Ideally, the image sensors should provide a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. These image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk so they don't get damaged. In the image sensor, there are 40 pins. In order for image sensors to operate properly, they should be powered by 15.5V voltage.
