KAI-16000-AXA-JP-B1 Overview
To ensure safety, image sensors are encapsulated in 40-BCPGA packages. A voltage of 14.5V~15.5V should be supplied by the image sensors. Those image sensors will be protected in the Bulk. It is recommended that the image sensor have a dynamic range of 65 dB.
