KAI-16000-AXA-JD-B2 Overview
For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 40-BCPGA packages. A voltage of 14.5V~15.5V should be supplied by the image sensors. These image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk to keep them safe. lmage sensors should have a dynamic range of 65 dB. There are 40 pins on the image sensor. While operating, image sensors should supply 15.5V voltage.
