KAI-16000-AAA-JD-B2 Overview
40-BCPGA packages are used for the safety protection of the image sensors. Image sensors should output 14.5V~15.5V. The Bulk will protect these image sensors. The dynamic range of the image sensor should be 65 dB. A 40 pin image sensor is used. While the image sensor is operating, the voltage should be 15.5V.
