KAI-08051-QBA-JD-BA Overview
For safety reasons, image sensors are placed in 67-BCPGA packages. An image sensor should supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. We'll package these image sensors in the Bulk for protection. 67 pins make up the image sensor. When operating, image sensors should provide 15.5V voltage.
