KAI-08051-AXA-JP-BA Overview
Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in 68-BPGA packages. Ideally, the image sensors should provide a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. These image sensors will be packaged in the Tray so they don't get damaged. It is recommended that the image sensor has a dynamic range of 66 dB. A 4/3 inch optical format is specified for the image sensor.
