KAI-08051-AAA-JP-BA Overview
67-BCPGA packages protect the image sensors. Voltage 14.5V~15.5V should be provided by the image sensors. For protection, we'll put them in the Bulk. An image sensor with a dynamic range of 66 dB should be used. Image sensor optical format is 4/3 inch. 67 pins are present on the image sensor. During operation, image sensors should provide a voltage of 15.5V.
