KAI-08050-ABA-JP-BA Overview
A 67-BCPGA package is used for the safety protection of the image sensors. A voltage of 14.5V~15.5V should be provided by the image sensors. In order to minimize the risk of damage to the image sensors, we will package them in the Bulk. Pins 67are located on the image sensor. As long as the image sensors are operating, their voltage should be 15.5V.
