KAI-08050-ABA-JD-BA Overview


Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in 67-BCPGA packages. Ideally, the image sensors should provide a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. These image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk so they don't get damaged. It is recommended that the image sensor has a dynamic range of 64 dB. A 4/3 inch optical format is specified for the image sensor. In the image sensor, there are 67 pins. In order for image sensors to operate properly, they should be powered by 15.5V voltage.
