KAI-04050-ABA-JP-BA Overview


Safety protection is provided by putting the image sensors in 67-BCPGA packages. 14.5V~15.5V is the voltage that should be supplied by the image sensors. In order to protect the image sensors, we'll pack them in the Bulk. It is recommended that the image sensor's dynamic range is 64 dB. A 1 inch format image sensor is specified. Pins 67 are connected to the image sensor. During operation, images sensors should supply a voltage of 15.5V.
