FMS6G10US60S is a 600v Compact & Complex Module. Fairchild IGBT Power Module provides low conduction, switching losses, and short circuit ruggedness. It’s designed for the applications such as motor control and general inverters where short-circuit ruggedness is required. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -40 and 125℃. And the transistor FMS6G10US60S is in the 25PM-AA package with 66W Power dissipation.
