DC95G104ZN Overview


NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Bulk. For convenience, it is included in the Bead package. The resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±0.2°C to make it work. To ensure reliable performance, the temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -80°C~150°C. The maximum operating temperature of 150°C allows for reliable operation of NTC thermistors. For reliability, NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -80°C. The maximum power set by the NTC thermistors is 75mW. NTC thermistors can operate at a maximum power dissipation of 75mW.
