DC95F202Z Overview


The package of NTC thermistors is Bulk. It is included in the Bead package for convenience. A NTC thermistor's resistance tolerance is ±0.2°C in order to work. Temperature -80°C~150°C should be set on NTC thermistors for reliable performance. With a maximum operating temperature of 150°C, NTC thermistors operate reliably. An NTC thermistor can operate reliably at temperatures as low as -80°C. NTC thermistors can set a maximum power of 75mW. Thermal NTC switches are capable of dissipating up to 75mW of power.
